Wayne Pryor is the Strategic Advisor and Business Development Partner at Windy Street, bringing decades of experience in strategic and transaction leadership, particularly within healthcare. Before joining Windy Street, he led the Healthcare Strategy and Transaction Advisory Services practice at VMG Health and held leadership roles at EY, Mazars, and BKD. His career spans over 500 healthcare transactions valued between $1 million and $50+ billion, covering MSOs, DSOs, hospitals, urgent care, and specialty pharmacies. Wayne’s expertise includes platform acquisitions, divestitures, add-ons, leveraged buyouts, and nonprofit healthcare affiliations. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Western State College and is active in professional organizations such as AICPA, HFMA, and the Healthcare Council of Nashville.
