Vibhor Jain

Vibhor brings over 17 years of expertise in business valuation and investment banking, supporting M&A and other financial transactions across major global regions, including the US, EMEA, and APAC.

Prior to joining Windy Street, he worked with a Big 4 accounting firm and bulge bracket Investment banks, where he led multiple valuation engagements across diverse sectors. His experience spans valuing businesses, equities, intangible assets, and tangible assets using income, market, and cost-based approaches.

Vibhor has collaborated with global clients and participated in professional rotation programs in the US, Middle East, and Japan, gaining deep exposure to cross-border transactions. He holds an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech in Production Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur.
