Shravan Teja Rapolu

As an Associate Vice President at Windy Street, Shravan is part of diligence team serving a key client in Transaction Advisory Services and leads various engagements end-to-end. In addition, he is also part of L&D Team and takes part in various firm level initiatives.

Shravan specialises in leading both Sell-side and Buy-side engagements primarily focused in Manufacturing, Retail, Infrastructure and SaaS sectors. Core skills includes Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis, Working Capital and Debt considerations along with Business analysis.

Prior to joining Windy Street in 2024, Shravan spent over 5 years with EY India in Transaction Diligence team, where he served as a Manager, working closely with various Private Equity, Venture Capital and Strategic Buyers. His experience also included working with top investment banking firms, cross functional teams and international clients.

Shravan is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Outside of work, he enjoys playing outdoor sports and spending time with his family.
