Saurabh Aggarwal

Saurabh Aggarwal is the Co-Founder of Windy Street, established alongside Bhavesh Agarwal. With over 12 years of experience in transaction diligence, Saurabh has advised clients across a wide range of industries – primarily in the Americas – delivering end-to-end financial due diligence (FDD) services for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

He specializes in middle-market deals, with deep expertise in defining engagement scope, managing data rooms, conducting quality of earnings analyses, evaluating working capital and debt considerations, and identifying key deal issues. In addition to client service, Saurabh assists the firm’s Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, playing a pivotal role in nurturing talent and shaping the firm’s high-performance culture.

Saurabh’s global experience includes a professional rotation in the United States and academic exposure in Europe, which have enriched his international perspective and approach to cross-border transactions. He is deeply aligned with Windy Street’s core values, Trust, Quality, and People, and is committed to delivering excellence while building strong, long-term client relationships.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds an MBA in Finance from IMI Belgium.

Outside of work, Saurabh enjoys spending time with his family. He is married to Sonam, a fellow Chartered Accountant, and they have a young son, Tanishk. In his leisure time, Saurabh loves playing cricket with his son and enjoys card games with family and friends.
