Kritika Arora

Kritika joined the Transactions Team at Windy in March 2023 and has since been involved in mid-market buy-side and sell-side deals across various sectors, including SaaS, Retail, and Manufacturing. She brings over 10 years of diverse experience, with a strong focus on financial due diligence.

Prior to Windy, Kritika worked as an Associate Manager with a Big 4 firm’s global team supporting the US region. During her tenure, she was involved in several large carve-out transactions as well as multiple buy-side and sell-side engagements. Her expertise includes Quality of Earnings analysis, Net Working Capital assessments, retention analysis, and other revenue-related evaluations. She also participated in a rotation program in the US, gaining valuable international exposure.

Kritika is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a degree in Commerce. She is married and has a 1.5-year-old son. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, and exploring web series.
