Divya joined the Tax Practice at Windy Street in 2022, where she currently leads the 1065 – Real Estate and Hospitality sector. She brings over nine years of experience in U.S. federal and state compliance. Prior to Windy Street, she worked with renowned organizations such as Deloitte and Bechtel, managing a diverse portfolio that spanned operating, investing, financing, and real estate partnerships.

Her expertise includes handling complex tiered structures, intricate depreciation schedules, and executing critical tax elections, including Section 754. Divya holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance.

Beyond her professional endeavours, she is the mother of a two-year-old and enjoys arcade gaming and soft-play activities with her daughter. A passionate traveller and culinary explorer, she relishes discovering new destinations and cuisines.
