Anjali joined Windy Street as Vice President – HR in June 2025. She is an enterprising HR leader and is leveraging her 14+ years of extensive HR expertise and strategic acumen as a Senior HR Business Partner to drive transformative initiatives that optimize our organizational performance, foster a culture of innovation, and propel sustainable growth. She is dedicated to forging impactful partnerships across all levels of the organization, while providing strategic guidance that aligns HR practices with overarching business objectives to drive unparalleled success.

Prior to joining Windy Street, she worked for Nielseniq and GfK, managing the Operations Global Capability Centre in Gurgaon. She is proficient in handling various aspects of the employee life cycle and has masterminded the design of HR policies to align culture and business processes with the organization’s strategy, vision, mission, and objectives, including establishing HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Probation Evaluation, Employee Connect and Engagement.
