Amit Khanna

As a Director at Windy Street, Amit leads engagements across multiple domains, including Transaction Advisory Services and Client Accounting Services. With over 17 years of offshoring experience, he brings deep expertise in financial due diligence, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and financial reporting.

Amit has led end-to-end deal execution with a strong focus on mid-market transactions, particularly in the healthcare sector. His core strengths lie in quality of earnings (QoE) analysis, working capital assessments, debt and debt-like item analysis, and waterfall calculations.

Before joining Windy Street in 2021, Amit served as a Senior Manager with a Big 4 global team, supporting U.S. healthcare and Southeast regional practices on strategic and private equity-backed mid-market deals. Earlier in his career, he worked with India’s largest third-party outsourcing firm, gaining broad exposure across various accounting functions. His experience includes multiple secondments and extensive cross-border collaboration, having worked closely with international clients in a remote setup.

Amit is a Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from Delhi University.

Outside of work, Amit enjoys spending quality time with his wife Disha, an IT professional, and their twin sons, Viyan and Vidhaan. The family often bonds over games, crafts, long drives, and short getaways.
