Siddharth Agarwal

Siddharth (goes by Sid) is a Chartered Accountant and a seasoned leader at Windy Street, where he spearheads key client relationships across the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and Client Accounting Services (CAS) practices.

With over 15 years of experience and a track record of advising on 100+ M&A transactions, Sid brings deep expertise in accounting and financial due diligence, having worked with a diverse range of clients – from global corporates and PE/VC funds to founder-led businesses and high-growth startups.

Before joining Windy Street, Sid served as a Vice President at a Big 4 firm in India, where he led complex cross-border engagements across sectors and geographies.

At Windy Street, he not only leads strategic client work but also plays a pivotal role in internal operations, overseeing IT, marketing, and business development initiatives that drive the firm’s growth and culture.

Sid is a strong advocate of Windy Street’s hybrid work model and is deeply committed to building a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Shally and their two daughters, Peher and Mannat.
