Hiring & Recruitment Process
1. Application & Screening
- Candidates submit applications through our website, job portals, or referrals.
- HR reviews resumes and shortlists profiles based on role requirements.
2. Initial Interview
- Shortlisted candidates go through an HR interview.
3. Assessment & Technical Interview
- Candidates complete a skill-based test or task relevant to the role (as applicable).
- A manager or team lead conducts a technical/role-specific interview (typically, two technical rounds with one being in-person).
- Client interviews (as applicable).
4. Final Selection & Onboarding
- HR completes documentation and selected candidates receive an offer letter.
- HR initiates background verification and onboarding program.
