Balkrishna Pathak

Krishna is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) with over 16 years of experience in financial due diligence, auditing, and financial reporting. He joined Windy Street in March 2022 and is leading mid-market buy-side and sell-side deals in U.S. Healthcare sector.

Before joining Windy Street, he worked with the transaction advisory and audit teams at Big Four firms and, also gained valuable industry experience at a global company. His areas of expertise include financial statement analysis, quality of earnings assessments, working capital evaluation, debt and debt-like analysis, and waterfall analysis.

Krishna is married to Shobhita and is a proud father of 4-year-old twins, a boy, Trishaan, and a girl, Shaanvi. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his children, listening to music, watching movies and going for a drive.
