Namrata Sultania

Namrata is an Associate Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Windy Street, bringing over eight years of experience in audit and financial due diligence across multiple sectors. She has successfully led end-to-end deal executions with a strong focus on the manufacturing, SaaS, IT, and gaming industries. Her expertise spans financial statement analysis, evaluation of deal risks, and in-depth assessment of key financial metrics such as Quality of Earnings (QoE) and working capital. 

Before joining Windy Street in 2025, Namrata worked with the Indian offices of Big Four firms, where she managed several high-profile buy-side and sell-side transactions. Earlier in her career, she was part of statutory audit teams handling listed and privately held companies in India. 

Namrata is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), with a commerce degree from Osmania University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending her leisure time playing board games.
