Leena Mudgal

Leena is a Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from Delhi University with over 13 years of post-qualification experience spanning accounting, financial management, and business operations. As Assistant Vice President at Windy Street, she contributes to strengthening financial processes, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring excellence in client delivery across global engagements.

Before joining Windy Street, Leena worked with Genpact as a Manager, supporting clients in the UK and the US. During her tenure, she gained extensive exposure to international accounting practices, regulatory compliance, and process transitions. Earlier in her career, she served as a Finance Controller in a manufacturing company, where she led financial planning, reporting, and end-to-end accounting operations.

Leena’s professional journey reflects her strong analytical acumen, leadership skills, and ability to align financial goals with organizational strategy. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.
